Since the DLS software lacks manual, for others in the forum who may be on the same boat as I was, I summarize what I did to get it work:ġ. Jromanec is a great helper to get my DLS going. After that the software *is* talking with the board! The RJ socket side should face outwards in the mother board. I find that I insert the little pcboard the opposite way. I'm wondering if I missed some other details, such as other keypad setting sequences. The port is COM1 (the one I use in the PC).įor the physical connection, the little pcboard of the PC-Link is facing outwards of the PC1555 mother board, with the RJ socket side facing inwards. Under the "Outgoing" tab is "DSC PC-Link Direct Connection" but under the "Incoming" tab, it is blank (nothing to select). It is set as "DSC PC-Link Direct Connection" (the default Modem connection has been deleted). Is this right?īeing afraid the serial port is not connected properly, I checked the setting of the "Tool->Modem Configuration".

Site best viewed in IE 10 and above, with a screen resolution 1024 x 768.I reconfigure my account to set the panel to PC1555MX instead auto detection and I see the PowerSeries configuration menu.
